Kerry Sullivan has been with the company for 9 years and joined Tom in 2003. Kerry's primary focus as Policy Owner Service Coordinator is to ensure that the policy owner's requests and questions are completed in a timely and efficient manner. She is indispensable in assisting with many of the new business and service related issues you bring to the office. Kerry keeps current with industry changes through the completion of insurance related courses.

Kerry lives in Channahon, IL with her husband, Patrick, son Joey and daughter Ashley. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and enjoying the outdoors.

Francesca was born in Chicago, but lived in Italy for 9 years where she learned how to speak Italian and Spanish.  She began her career with Northwestern Mutual in January 2006 and joined Tom’s team on a part time basis in August 2009.  She works on the investments side of Tom's business and assists with marketing as well. 

Francesca loves to spend time with her family, boyfriend, friends and Pomeranian, Gigio.  She also enjoys event planning and traveling.
